Detection


     We have fairly complete quality detection measures. We build a paint detection lab, a metallographic lab and CMM lab. There are CMM, hardness meter and fluorescent detector supervising the manufacturing. Tensile testing machine, metallographic microscope, impingement tester and spark tester help in material inspection. All these equipments and measures composed a round circle of efficient monitoring system from material bought-in to product delivery. At the mean time, we adhere to the philosophy of “focus on quality, eliminate waste”.
