We are the director member of Confederation of Chinese Metal forging Industry. Our professional research and development team can provide all-phase solution from axle design to axle machining, coating and surface protection. software were widely used in design & development. CNN machine center is used for Die sinking.
Besides development of forging and machining, we have done a lot of studies on developing and application of materials for forging. Unquenched steel is widely used in production. In order to protect environment and save resource, we are also carrying on studying program on raw material and energy saving, recycling of afterheat of forging parts.
We have done wide studies on coating, protecting, and packaging. Coating quality meets the requirements of domestic customers.
